Description
Outstanding Phillip III Tetradrachm 323 - 316 BC. Alexander the Great's half brother. After being poisioned at a very early age by rivals, which left Phillip III greatly incapacitated, he ruled ancient Greece through an appointed regent. In 316 BC he was assassinated; leaving us with yet another tragic tale of greed and power in the ancient world. This coin is of average weight and wear patterns and size with no thinning, tears, repairs or damage of any kind. It grades at F to VF.
